A refreshing syrup made from unripe sour grape juice and sugar.
Aab Ghawra (unripe grapes juice) 1 L; Qand Safed (sugar) 500 g
Crush unripe sour grapes to extract juice, strain, and boil on medium flame until reduced by half; cool. Carefully collect the clear liquid, discarding sediments, and add sugar. Heat on low flame, stirring until dissolved into a concentrated syrup (Qiwam). Cool and store in a glass jar. Serving: 20-50 mL mixed in water.
